Senior Creative Designer
I create event visuals, branding and stage sets to allow our clients attendees engaging events. As an agency, we not only project manage events and exhibitions but also create forward thinking experiences for our clients, whether that be face to face, hybrid or virtual. I create event visuals, branding and stage sets to allow our clients attendees engaging events. Event branding, registration, apps, websites, 3D visuals and exhibition stands are all areas I work in on a daily basis. I try to unpick difficult client needs and help solve technical problems alongside our Production team. After creating event show files for the event, I also go on-site with the Business Unit teams to manage the PPT sessions which can include a 3am call to update the CEO’s presentation! My responsibility for the designers means I must manage my time and the clients paid time well, whilst training and mentoring. During the past 18 months, due to Covid, all of my team were furloughed except myself, the Senior Creative Lead for 3D design and the Head of the department. I not only had to adapt very quickly to bringing the experience of face-to-face events to the virtual world, but I covered and continue to cover the MedComms PPT design for other teams in our US/Macclesfield offices due to redundancies. Although highly stressful at times, this meant I had the opportunity of working with teams and clients I would not normally be involved with, which provided new challenges and plenty of problem solving which I enjoy. I am the only PPT designer in the team that creates and presents to clients for pitches, so interacting with all levels within my own company as well as the clients.
